I want to share what I’ve learned from years of playing at the national and international level. I understand what it takes to play at the top and how to get there, like mental & physical training, recovery, nutrition, game IQ and technique.

I began training with GamePoint Performance (GPP) since its inception in late 2018. Alongside hundreds of athletes across the globe, some amongst world class club teams & National team representatives, we spurred each other on through gruelling conditioning days. I discovered a renewed sense of athleticism through the well-balanced & powerful programming. With its calculated training volume & challenging exercise progressions, I wholeheartedly recommend GPP for beginner & advanced athletes alike to achieve elite performance until the final Game Point.

I really recommend training with UE’s Alyne. Not only is she a personal trainer, she is also familiar with the sport and has been around the ultimate community for many years. With her knowledge of both physical fitness and ultimate frisbee skills, she has helped me improve as a cutter. My whole experience with working with Alyne was very interactive, challenging (in a good way), and educational. As I attended both junior club and worlds championships, she trained me both physically and mentally to be fit in order to perform well, lower the risk of injuries, and to avoid possible burnout. Prior to those big tournaments, Alyne also helped me improve on skills such as form, power, and endurance that all applied to becoming a strong cutter offensively and defensively. The workouts were personalized and helped emphasized my strengths and overcome my weaknesses. On top of that, Alyne hosted the workouts at different settings such as the gym, an outdoor workout park, and the pool, which made each session different and fun. As a working student, the price is also very reasonable for not only the training but also what Alyne has educated me about physical health, having short and long-term goals, and self-awareness.
