Alyne
AlyneCertified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Functional Strength & Conditioning Coach (CFSC), National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Fundamental Movement Skills
I want to share what I've learned from years of playing at the national and international level. I understand what it takes to play at the top and how to get there, like mental & physical training, game IQ & technique.
I love Ultimate, I love fitness, and I'd love to coach you!
Rhyin

I began my lifting adventure 3 years ago when I was curious about CrossFit and its benefits for cross training. I was never considered a powerful athlete and was honestly a little afraid of heavy weight; however, that quickly changed once I started the Olympic lifts. I immediately realized the benefits of full body movements and heavy lifting with proper technique.

I've always been passionate about throwing, sometimes I wondered if I should of done disc golf. I've been playing for 9 years now, and coaching or captaining equally long. My throwing plan is based off Zen and Kung Fu throwing but updated and focused on skills that will better translate to today's game.
