Union’s program started by simply wanting to crack semis at Canadian Nationals on the regular. Now, our sights are set on the top echelon of USAU mixed, and we have 3 Canadian Ultimate Championship final appearances & a 5th place club worlds finish under our belts. Although we’re cringing a bit from abandoning the Triple Crown Tour last year, we’re back with a passion & looking to build a permanent dynasty for Ontario mixed. A 2016 mid-season highlight will be the US Open – a tournament that hosts the elite of USAU mixed along with international teams — this year from Colombia and Panama. Union is for players who are motivated to push their game to new heights, and compete against the very best mixed players in North America.

Zen’s program been developing players year after year that have gone on to excel at all levels of the sport. This year, Chelsea Jackson will be leading the charge and looking for spirited team players who are serious about improving their game. Zen will again be supported by Union players & alumni in coaching & development. Union will look to build upon some initiatives from last year, including guidance on the mental focus, personal development, and strength & conditioning.

MMV is team that is devoted to discovering the love of Ultimate & developing fundamentals. MMV’s coed captains Damian & Jenny are excited to be leading this year’s squad. Zen players will be supporting MMV’s development by assisting at occasional practices & arranging a team scrimmage.
