plan appropriately.

What to bring
Your usual ultimate attire you’d
wear for a practice/tournament (cleats, jerseys etc.),
layers, flashlight (to find your way back to your
cabin), snacks, towel, toiletries, sleeping bag, pillow, etc. Enviro
Alert
We are trying to minimize waste during
this event. So please bring a nalgene and/or re-usable
mug for beer. If you don't... you might miss out
or have to share!
Schedule
Each team's schedule will be slightly different as you may have your
gym time during another teams field time, and so
on. However, we have provided a sample schedule below
of what your weekend could look like. Your actually schedule
will be provided to you in advance of the weekend
once registration is closed.
Friday
- Arrive after 5pm & get
settled in
(Dinner will not be provided Friday)
- 8pm Meet & Greet in meeting hall
Saturday
- 8-9am Breakfast
- 9-10:30am Keynote Speaker
- 10:45-noon Field time
- Noon -1pm Lunch
- 1:15-2:30 Presentation
- 2:45-4:00 Gym time
- 4-6pm Pick-up game or free time for
activities e.g. kayaking, zip-line, basketball, etc.
- Dinner 6-7pm
- 8pm Social Time (may include: dance,
campfire, live music, karaoke, movie night, etc.)
Sunday
- 8-9am Breakfast
- 9:15-10:30am Gym time
- 10:45-noon Presentation
- Noon -1pm Lunch
- 1:15-2:30 Presentation
- 2:45-4:00 Field time
