Bootcamps, Workshops, & Personal Training for Ultimate

Do you want to contribute more to your league team?

Do you want to break into the competitive touring club scene?

Do you want to improve your skills as a touring player?

If you answers yes to any of the questions, these sessions are for you!

Skills focused workshops and fitness bootcamps to targeted areas of improvement for Ultimate players.

All skill levels are welcome as all drills and exercises can be regressed or progressed as needed, and substitute exercises can be made on the fly!

All bootcamps and workshops sessions will only run at a minimum of four registered participants and a maximum of eight to ensure attention to your personal development.

Ultimate Bootcamp Experience

Speed Agility Quickness Bootcamp

$1206 one-hour sessions
  • Train with a group and get faster and more agile with a certified personal trainer over the course of 6 one-hour sessions.
  • This session includes movement screens, sprint mechanics, and different styles of SAQ exercises such as agility ladders, plyometrics and reaction drills.

On-Season Training Bootcamp

$1206 one-hour sessions
  • Train with a group and learn about periodized training, workout structure, recovery, and general nutrition with a certified personal trainer over the course of 6 one-hour sessions.
  • Baseline testing. Speed. Explosiveness. Sport specific training. Injury reduction.

Introduction to Off-Season Training Bootcamp

1206 one-hour sessions
  • Train with a group and learn about basic compound lifts, periodized training, workout structure, recovery, and general nutrition with a certified personal trainer over the course of 6 one-hour sessions.
  • Learn how to make the biggest improvements to be in your best shape for the next season. Offseason training wins championships.
  • Gym TBD
  • Free 7th make-up session

Introduction to Training to Compete Bootcamp

1206 one-hour sessions
  • Train with a group and challenge yourself with advanced sport specific exercises, aerobic training, vertical and explosive exercises customized to your offseason/onseason calendar with a certified personal trainer over the course of 6 one-hour sessions.
  • This session coaches foundational movements and introduces sport specific exercises essential to Ultimate.

Ultimate Workshop Experience

Basic Throwing Skills Workshop

$25
  • Backhands, forehands, break throws, moving the mark, and basic throwing decisions and personalized video analysis.

Basic Throwing Skills Workshop

Layout Mechanics Workshop

  • Learn how to safely and consistently layout with proper mechanics with a certified personal trainer.

Hucks Focused Workshop

  • Learn how to improve your hucks, break down your form learn training exercises geared to improve your long throws, and a personalized video analysis

Skying Focused Workshop
